Deadline for copy for advertising and content is the first day of the month preceding each of the above four.

The Journal Management Committee welcomes contributions which may be edited for publication.  All photographs submitted for inclusion should be identified on a non-permanent sticker attached to the back to prevent bleeding and secured to the reverse of the relevant article facing in to prevent damage.  Include the event, names of individuals; address for return if requested.   If you require a proof of your article include a means of contact, either by fax or email.
